With this release, KIMBIA addresses three concerns for Administrators using the Control Panel. This release includes a new locking feature to help KIMBIA Administrators maintain more control over the Campaign configurations, two new Campaign goal settings and the ability to process refunds for IATS payment processor.

NEW Kimbia Widgets There are now two new widgets that can be used online to pull data from Kimbia.

Progress Widget The progress widget shows an Everybody advocates personal goal, dollars raised, and days remaining until event. The widget is updated in real time as new donations come in.
Advocate Search Widget The Advocate Search widget allows end users to search for an advocate and support their fundraising efforts. Users can search by first/last name or by email address. Once located they are taken directly to that individuals advocate donation page so they can donate immediately.

As with all of our widgets, these can also be styled using CSS to fit the look and feel of our site. Recurring Payment Schedule Enhancements Added ability to to query which active payment schedules failed in their last transaction within Recurring Payment reporting

Added the billing email address for each payment schedule in Recurring Payment reporting
Added ability to change the credit card information associated with a payment schedule on the Payment Schedule details page

Financial Reports have been integrated in to our standard reporting interface To create a Financial Report:

Click on the Data Management Tab
Click the 'New Report' icon
Select "Financial"
Select the Campaign / Form / Date to report on

Financial Reports now function just like Data Reports including the standard default columns. The report can now be edited and configured like other reports to make sure your data is presented in the way that best meets your needs.

02.27.2009 Release Notes

Our release on 2/27 included a number of minor fixes and updates, with the following highlights:

Upgrades to the SalesForce Connection
Added “Reporting Code” for each Donation Level
This is a great feature if you are doing any sort of Premium fulfillment based on donation levels. All you do is enter your Premium Code and it will now be available when you run reports.
Social Networking Enhancements
In addition to sharing a link to a form on Facebook, you can now do the same on Twitter and LinkedIn.

01.22.2009 Release Notes

Our release of 1/22 included a number of minor fixes and updates, with the following highlights:

HTML Friendly Fields
All fields in the admin panel that can take HTML are now clearly marked as such
International Addresses are now available
From the Aaland Islands to Zimbabwe, supporters from around the world can now donate or register using your Kimbia forms. This feature can be turned on or off by going to Library >> Contact Profile and editing the Mailing Address question.
