01.16.2012 - Release Notes
With this release, KIMBIA is expanding the functionality of the form widget by allowing an Admin to configure the display of a button on the confirmation screen allowing users to reload the same form, pre-filled with their most recent submission data, thus saving the user time and allowing them to "go again". This release also contains an update to the Status Widget configuration screen which allows more explicit choices when selecting what elements should be displayed. Finally, this release contains the ability to configure a new Advocate Notification email for non-Donation forms.

11.15.2011 - Release Notes
With this release, KIMBIA is introducing our ‘Quick Config’ interface for form configuration. This screen allows an Admin to 1) simultaneously visualize and edit the configuration of a form in its designated layout, 2) edit the on-screen confirmation page and 3) configure the email receipt from a single screen. The ‘Quick Config’ screen is intended to provide an expedient interface to basic form configurations, and is an addition to the existing configuration screens which remain unchanged and continue to offer the same advanced configuration options.

With this release, KIMBIA is enhancing the email communications used in an Advocacy workflow by introducing a configurable Reminder Email that can be sent to existing advocates as well as refining the design of the original advocacy Instructions Email.

10.31.2011 - Release Notes
With this release, KIMBIA is enabling Admins to include Advocates' gift recognition data in reports and allowing the Admin to set default content for the 'Thank you' email that an advocate can choose to send from the Advocacy Center. Additionally, KIMBIA is expanding the configuration of refund receipt emails, modifying the default language in Confirmation Messages for newly created donation forms and providing recommended widths of HTML containers for embedding of multi-column form displays.

10.26.2011 - Release Notes
With this release, KIMBIA is enabling Admins to recognize individual offline gifts by entering them in the Administrative Control Panel. Also, Admins can optionally enable Advocates to recognize individual offline gifts by entering them in their Advocacy Center.
Admins will have several options for regulating offline gift recognitions. First, Admins will have the ability to turn off Recognitions for individual Advocates. Second, Admins have the ability to change the default amount of offline gifts an individual Advocate can report. Third, Admins have the ability to approve gift recognitions.

With this release, KIMBIA is allowing Admins to configure and install a Recurring Payment Self-service widget that enables donors who have previously created an installment or ongoing payment schedule to list, suspend and resume schedules, as well as update the associated address and credit card data with those individual schedules.

10.10.2011 - Release Notes
With this release, KIMBIA is augmenting the Donation Form by providing the Admin the ability to configure it to accept donations on behalf of an Honoree specified by the donor, and sending an acknowledgement email to a recipient also specified by the donor. These features enable an organization to create a donation form for use in both Memorial and Tribute based fundraising. Additionally, the Referring Advocate’s Type is now available as a column in Data Managements reports.

With this release, KIMBIA is expanding the Form Answers report configuration options with the addition of the Advocate Adjustment Amount and Day of the Week as column types.

With this release, KIMBIA is adding the ability to configure an Advocate Leaderboard as part of the KIMBIA status widget. Additionally, KIMBIA is updating the Form Overview table with data on ongoing payments and additional charges over time.

With this release, KIMBIA is adding the ability to associate a custom stylesheet with an individual Form Chooser widget in order to apply custom styling to the set of tabs. Additionally, KIMBIA is enabling our political customers to automatically pass individual financial transactions to CMDI’s Crimson for Federal Election Committee (FEC) compliance reporting.

With this release, KIMBIA is adding the ability to configure a Leaderboard (by amount) and Recent Response list to the KIMBIA status widget. Additionally, KIMBIA is expanding the ability to configure timeframes for Key Operating Indicator emails, as well as adding default suggested donation levels when creating a new form.
