With this release, KIMBIA is expanding the functionality of the form widget by allowing an Admin to configure the display of a button on the confirmation screen allowing users to reload the same form, pre-filled with their most recent submission data, thus saving the user time and allowing them to "go again". This release also contains an update to the Status Widget configuration screen which allows more explicit choices when selecting what elements should be displayed. Finally, this release contains the ability to configure a new Advocate Notification email for non-Donation forms.

With this release, KIMBIA is introducing our ‘Quick Config’ interface for form configuration. This screen allows an Admin to 1) simultaneously visualize and edit the configuration of a form in its designated layout, 2) edit the on-screen confirmation page and 3) configure the email receipt from a single screen. The ‘Quick Config’ screen is intended to provide an expedient interface to basic form configurations, and is an addition to the existing configuration screens which remain unchanged and continue to offer the same advanced configuration options.

With this release, KIMBIA is enabling Admins to recognize individual offline gifts by entering them in the Administrative Control Panel. Also, Admins can optionally enable Advocates to recognize individual offline gifts by entering them in their Advocacy Center.

Admins will have several options for regulating offline gift recognitions. First, Admins will have the ability to turn off Recognitions for individual Advocates. Second, Admins have the ability to change the default amount of offline gifts an individual Advocate can report. Third, Admins have the ability to approve gift recognitions.

With this release, KIMBIA is implementing a new form type workflow on the Campaign Form List page to allow administrators to more easily and obviously create forms that, as a principal purpose, do not take money (but can be configured to do so). This reduces the number of steps required to create a form of this type. This new workflow will expedite the creation of forms for people to volunteer, sign up for a freebie, complete a survey, sign a petition, and other types of forms that don't take money. Additionally, this release includes new metrics on the Form Overview screen, updated metrics on the Campaign Overview screen, new information displayed on the Registration Details screen and a change to the KIMBIA Form widget display.

These new elements will facilitate more advanced form layouts via CSS and provide a more accurate method of styling.
